Photography has definitely taken a back seat this year, mainly as I’ve just not been able to get out and about as much as I wanted.
The highlight of the year for aviation photography was RAF Cosford air show in June. A fantastic day out with a group of friends, sitting watching aircraft go about their displays. I will get create a photo album eventually, but now here’s a Jaguar
I have rekindled my childhood hobby of model railways, getting all my old items down from the loft to see what I already had and what I needed to get. The plan is to have a portable OO gauge layout that can be exhibited. It will be rather different in that it’s using the Hornby Zero 1 digital control system. This was the forerunner to today’s DCC control systems. It’s not as sophisticated but for 1970s technology it was way ahead of its time.
